Who are We?

The Chi Phi Club of Atlanta is a business networking and social organization consisting of Chi Phi's from various chapters across the country who now live in the Atlanta area.

Our Mission

Provide Chi Phi Brothers with the opportunity for business networking and to spend time together in a social setting.
Assist local Chapters & Colonies and their individual members in coordination with their alumni associations and housing corporations.
Encourage members to support the Chi Phi Fraternity and Chi Phi Educational Trust.

The Club hosts a luncheon with guest speakers the third Thursday of each month, except December, at The Buckhead Club. After hour socials and an annual undergraduate Career Workshop are also included in the calendar of events.

Please join us in welcoming our guest speaker, Mr. Bill Blackwell, on Thursday, August 19^that the Buckhead Club, to hear Bill speak about the Atlanta Braves organization and their rising stars, plus Major League Baseball in general.

Bill Blackwell is the Assistant General Manager for the Gwinnett Braves, and he has held that position since 2008. From 2006 until 2008 Bill was the Assistant General Manager for the Richmond Braves, and since 1982 he has been involved with several Major League Baseball organizations including the New York Yankees, the New York Mets, the Chicago White Sox, and the Houston Astros. Beginning in 1974 until 1982 Bill worked in sales and as a sportscaster at WTAX Radio in Springfield, Illinois broadcasting the play by play for University of Illinois basketball and St. Louis Cardinals Class AAA baseball. Bill has won several awards over the years including his selection into the Springfield, Illinois Sports Hall of Fame in 2006.

Bill is an alumnus from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois and his wife’s name is Judy.

It will be a great time that you won’t want to miss!
